  • Supply research of comparable properties and market trends to assist in the calculation of your selling price
  • Suggest presentation tactics to enhance your home’s value
  • Connect you with capable home improvement specialists
  • Work with you to determine the best method for showing your home
  • Familiarize you with the Sales Contract, customary seller’s expenses, contract time frames and the negotiation process
  • Network with more than 340 Shorewood agents and brokers in the area
  • Prepare marketing materials in accordance with the Marketing Plan
  • Schedule and host public and broker open houses, Shorewood Caravan and private showings
  • Assist you in determining when offers will be reviewed
  • Conduct ethical reviews of multiple offers and counter offers
  • Explain contingencies and time lines
  • Explain legal disclosure requirements and ensure on-time completion of commitments
  • Negotiate (on your behalf) the Buyers Request for Repairs
  • Review and approve Escrow instructions
  • Coordinate with the Escrow Officer and Lender
  • Facilitate the Appraisal Process
  • Follow up on the Buyer’s loan approval and contingency removal
  • Coordinate possession
