- Schedule
and host public and broker open houses, Shorewood Caravan and private showings
- Assist
you in determining when offers will be reviewed
- Conduct
ethical reviews of multiple offers and counter offers
- Explain
contingencies and time lines
- Explain
legal disclosure requirements and ensure on-time completion of commitments
- Negotiate
(on your behalf) the Buyers Request for Repairs
- Review
and approve Escrow instructions
- Coordinate
with the Escrow Officer and Lender
- Facilitate
the Appraisal Process
- Follow
up on the Buyer’s loan approval and contingency removal
